Curriculum
Achiever’s Play Based Curriculum
At Achievers Academy, our educational approach is grounded in the belief that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and inspired. We recognise that every child brings their own strengths, interests, culture, and personality into the learning environment. Our role is to nurture these qualities through meaningful play, hands-on experiences, and strong relationships with families. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), our curriculum emphasises belonging, being, and becoming—ensuring each child develops socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively at their own pace.
Our educators intentionally design environments that invite curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Through warm interactions, thoughtful planning, and ongoing observation, we create learning experiences that encourage children to wonder, discover, problem-solve, and develop confidence in their abilities. By partnering closely with families, we ensure each child’s learning journey is consistent, joyful, and deeply enriching.

Learning Through Play - The elements of our play based curriculum
Our curriculum is built around meaningful play. Each learning area helps children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually—at their own pace.
Foundations First Program 0-3
Our Foundations First Program focuses on security, belonging, and exploration. Through sensory play and nurturing routines, we help our youngest learners develop confidence, communication, and social awareness in a caring, home-like environment.

Pathway to Primary Program 3-6 Years
Our Pathway to Primary Program prepares children for a smooth and confident transition to school. By developing literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, and emotional regulation, we ensure each child is ready to take their next big step with enthusiasm and independence.

Achievers Workshops
Our Achievers Workshops enrich every child’s learning journey through hands on experiences that spark creativity and wellbeing:
- Nutrition Program: Encourages healthy habits through fun, interactive cooking and food education.
- Rhythm Program: Combines dance, music, movement, yoga, and mindfulness to promote coordination and self-expression.
- Bloom & Grow Program: Nature-based play and gardening activities that build curiosity, teamwork, and respect for the environment.
